How the Cruise Atlas is put together
The Atlas answers the questions people ask us most before they book a cruise: where to go, when, where to sail from, and which line suits them.
Sailing information, such as which lines sail from which port and in which months, comes from cruise sailing data we import and review. Each page shows the date of that data.
Flight information comes from U.S. Department of Transportation nonstop route data, the same data behind our Direct Flights tool. It covers routes reported by U.S. airlines, so a foreign airline may fly a route that isn't shown.
Everything else, including the advice, the "suits" and "not for" notes and the tips, is written by Floreo advisors. Each page shows who reviewed it and when. We re-check every page at least once a year.
Schedules change. Before you book, an advisor confirms the details for your dates.
