Floreo notes
Who this ship suits
Celebrity Beyond suits adults who want a stylish, relaxed ship with strong dining and good outdoor space. It is the third ship in Celebrity's Edge Series, and the line lists 32 restaurants, bars and lounges on board.
Who might look elsewhere
If you want waterslides, character experiences or a lively family scene, look at Royal Caribbean, Carnival or Disney. If you want a ship where no one under 18 sails, Virgin Voyages is the alternative.
On board
Celebrity's ship page currently promotes the Celebrity Pool Club, with new poolside venues including the Orange Peel Bar & Grille and Tacos del Sol, and Bora, a Mediterranean-style restaurant in the Rooftop Garden with live music. The line says these are coming in November 2026, so confirm what will be open on your sailing date.
Cabins and planning
As on the other Edge Series ships, the main choices are veranda staterooms (including Infinite Veranda), AquaClass for spa-focused travellers, and suites with access to The Retreat. Couples who spend a lot of time on the pool deck may not need a large room; those who value privacy often find a suite worthwhile.
Celebrity's veranda page describes the Edge Stateroom with Infinite Veranda: at the touch of a button the window wall opens and the whole room becomes the veranda. That is different from a conventional balcony, where a door leads to a separate outside deck with its own chairs. Celebrity lists 243 square feet of total living space, including a 42 square foot veranda area, and says Edge Series staterooms are 23% larger than its Solstice Series verandas. Couples who like to sit outside while the other sleeps may prefer a conventional veranda or a suite.
What is included and what is extra
Celebrity's All Included fare is optional. Its FAQ says it adds Basic Wi-Fi and the Classic Drink Package, including the drinks package's gratuities, for everyone in the stateroom; daily onboard staff gratuities are charged separately. Suite guests in The Retreat get Premium Wi-Fi and the Premium Drink Package on that fare.
Planning checklist
- Check whether the new pool venues will be open for your dates.
- Compare a veranda fare with a suite fare including current inclusions.
- Plan your flight and night before around the embarkation port.
